How telehealth works

Before your first video session I send a private link. At your appointment time you click it and we meet over an encrypted connection, no special software required. You just need a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera, a steady internet connection, and a quiet spot where you will not be overheard.

The session feels much like meeting in person: we talk, we work, and you have my full attention. Many people find the familiarity of their own space makes it easier to settle in and speak openly. If you have never done a video session before, I will walk you through the first few minutes so the technology fades into the background.

Keeping it private and secure

Your privacy is treated with care. Sessions run on a secure, encrypted platform, and I take part from a private setting on my end too. It helps to find a room where you can close the door, use headphones if others are home, and let people know you need the time uninterrupted. If a connection drops or video is not right for a given day, we adapt. Telehealth is available across Florida, and in person sessions remain open at my Tampa office whenever you prefer.
