The approach is solution focused, blended with CBT, ACT and DBT. We start from what you want to be different and work on the thoughts, avoidances and habits nearest to it. Short questionnaires such as the PHQ-9, GAD-7 and MDQ give us plain checkpoints, so we are reading progress rather than recalling it.
